We only deal, trade and carry stocks of designer brands through licensed and official channels only.
Each offer is a stock lot and is unique and hence is a one time opportunity. We do not deal with regular production but only with stock lots that are ready to ship. Our stocks are sold on first come first serve basis.

We have associates and alliances with dealers of stock lots and also with distributors and stockists through whom we procure and source our goods. Not all times we carry the stocks physically at our end and hence, some of the stocks offered by us are with these stockists and distributors.
All orders must be paid in advance before we ship the goods as this is the payment policy adopted in the stock lot industry. We accept bank wire transfers, credit cards and letter of credit only in case of large volumes of orders. Please check with us on the payment terms for letter of credit.

All goods are shipped within 7 days after the funds have been received in our bank. Once shipped we provide the tracking details so that the customers can check the status of the shipments, unless otherwise stated. All goods are shipped through UPS, FedEx, TNT and DHL except otherwise stated.

All shipping and delivery costs are to be borne by the customers unless otherwise stated in our offers or at UMA FASHION. It is expressly understood that the customer is liable for any duties, taxes, local taxes, license fees, etc. and that UMA FASHION and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies are not liable for such charges and / or taxes.

It is expressly understood that UMA FASHION and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies are not liable and are not responsible for the customs clearance of the goods shipped as the liability is with the carriers only. UMA FASHION and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies would not be held responsible for any customs related issues.

All our stocks are brand new fresh stocks free from any defects. However, should you have any quality issues, please contact us as we always have an open ear to our customer queries.

Buyers agree that due to the nature of stock lot business all sales are final.
